PICK UPS
- Pick up is available from Cabramatta West 2166, Sydney, Australia.
- Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you to confirm a suitable date and time.
- Please note pick up is from our private residential address. For security reasons, our address will only be provided after your order has been, placed, paid for, and a pick up date and time has been agreed upon.
- If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request and avoid any disappointment.
- We kindly ask that you arrive at the agreed date and time for collection. If you are unable to make it, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule another convenient time.
SHIPPING
- Shipping is available within Australia only.
- Please note that not all our products are eligible for shipping. Be sure to read the product description carefully to check if it is listed as ''Pick Up or Local Delivery only".
- Flat rate shipping is $10 for orders under $150. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
- Please double check your shipping address during checkout, as we are unable to make changes after your order has been placed. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for incorrect addresses entered by the buyer.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and a tracking number.
- While we package all orders carefully to ensure they arrive safely, we are not responsible for item lost or damaged in transit as this is beyond our control.
